Associate Product Manager

The Partner Operations Manager will perform the following duties:​

  • Responsible for leading a team who handles the daily operations for ecommerce accounts. This includes hiring, training and guiding the team on the daily responsibilities to ensure the performance is up to par
  • Responsible for onboarding, implementing and understanding order processing and day- to day responsibilities for any new ecommerce account. This includes responsibilities such as establishing if we will use their portal vs EDI, setting up their shipping accounts and terms , understanding their allowances and how it impacts the daily operations and assigning the daily tasks to a team member
  • Participate in operations improvement projects including system changes for improvement, system and policy roll outs.
  • Responsible for overseeing department handling, order movement for retail division
  • Review KPIs for sales, on time shipping, inventory with our ecommerce business development team to identify impact of sales due to performance and make changes as needed

The Position

The Associate Product Manager works directly with the Product Manager to plan, strategize, document, execute, and maintain all development projects within the company. Having a large development team as well as a continuous-improvement attitude means there is a never-ending list of projects to work on. To make sure all projects are executed correctly, per the designs and per the company’s needs, all projects must be thoroughly considered, prioritized, strategized, and documented. The Associate Product Manager will work closely with the Product Manager in these efforts.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders within the business to strategize solutions and define product vision / strategy
  • Contribute within project strategy and design discussions
  • Thoroughly document project scopes that leave no room for development assumptions
  • Communicate the requirements of a project in oral form and in written form
  • Coordinate with development team to ensure accurate execution of project requirements
  • Define project metrics and review regularly post-release
