Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service Specialist will perform the following duties:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels (phone, email, etc)
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing our product inside and out
- Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
- File chargebacks/claims against vendors and service providers
- Providing reports on aftercare related metrics and performance
Our Requirements:
What we are looking for:
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Experience with inbound calls
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Experience working with customer support
- Familiar with CRM systems
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds of exchanges
