What is the TOV Rewards Program?

The TOV Rewards Program allows you* to earn points through various activities and redeem them for discounts on your purchases.

*Trade and dealer accounts are exempt from this program.

How do I earn TOV Rewards Points?

Sign-Up Bonus: Get 1,000 points just for joining.

Engagement Activities:

  • Follow us on Instagram: 500 points
  • Follow us on TikTok: 500 points
  • Submit a product review: 1,500 points
  • Celebrate a birthday: 1,500 points (must be entered at least 30 days in advance)
  • Refer a friend: 5,000 points (after their first order)

Purchase Rewards:

  • 10 points per $1 spent

Points are credited after qualifying actions are completed. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity (no earning or redemption).

How can I use my TOV Rewards Points?

You can redeem your TOV Points in the following ways:

  • Free “Don't Be Boring” Pink and Blue Striped Tote Bag: 1,750 points
  • Order Discounts: 500 points = $5 off

Points are not redeemable on final sale items. Offers are nontransferable and do not apply to tax, shipping, or In-Home Delivery fees.

Do I earn rewards points for my purchases?

Yes! You earn points on every purchase after fulfillment, depending on your VIP tier:

0 points per $1 spent

Do my TOV Rewards Points expire?

Yes, TOV Rewards Points expire 12 months after they are earned, unless you continue to earn or redeem points within that period.

How can I check my TOV Rewards Points balance?

Your points balance is visible when you log into your account and visit the Account page.

I don’t think my points are posting correctly to my account. What should I do?

If you believe your points are not posting correctly, please contact our support team with details of the actions you completed and when. We’ll help resolve it quickly.

Why haven’t I received points for my order?

Points are awarded after the order is fulfilled. Also ensure you were logged into your rewards account before ordering. If the issue persists, reach out to us here.
