What is the TOV Rewards Program?

The TOV Rewards Program allows you* to earn points through various activities and redeem them for discounts on your purchases.

*Trade and dealer accounts are exempt from this program.

How do I earn TOV Rewards Points?

Sign-Up Bonus: Get 10 points just for joining.

Engagement Activities:

  • Follow us on Instagram: 10 points
  • Follow us on TikTok: 10 points
  • Submit a product review: 25 points (Your review must be published to earn points)
  • Refer a friend: 50 points (earned after order is fulfilled)

Points will be credited to your account after the completion of a qualifying action. Points are non-transferable and expire after 12 months of inactivity. “Inactivity” is defined as not interacting with the store by earning or redeeming points.

Points are not redeemable on final sale items.

Offers are nontransferable and do not apply to sales tax or shipping, In-Home Delivery, and handling charges.

How can I use my TOV Rewards Points?

Redeem your points for discounts on your orders:

  • $50 off with a minimum spend of $1,000: 50 points
  • $100 off with a minimum spend of $1,500: 100 points
  • $200 off with a minimum spend of $2,500: 200 points (maximum)

Points are not redeemable on final sale items. Offers are nontransferable and do not apply to sales tax or shipping, In-Home Delivery, and handling charges.

Do I earn rewards points for my purchases?

No, our rewards program does not award points for purchases. Points can only be earned through specific engagement activities, such as signing up for the program, following us on social media, submitting reviews, or referring friends. For more details on how to earn points, please refer to our rewards program rules.

Do my TOV Rewards Points expire?

Yes, TOV Rewards Points expire 12 months after they are earned.

How can I check my TOV Rewards Points balance?

Your points balance will be displayed on the TOV Rewards section of our website. You can check your TOV Points balance by logging into your account.

I don’t think my points are posting correctly to my account. What should I do?

If you believe your points are not posting correctly, please contact our customer service team here. Provide details of the actions you’ve completed and when you completed them. We're here to help resolve any issues.

Why haven't I received rewards for my order?

There could be several reasons:

  1. Data Processing Delays: Sometimes, there may be delays in processing your order data.
  2. Order Fulfillment Issues: Points are awarded after order fulfillment. Ensure your order has been fulfilled.
  3. Program Rule Exceptions: Orders placed before joining our rewards program or during deactivation periods are not eligible for points.
  4. Communication Gaps: Points may not be credited immediately. Check the "My Balance" tab later.
