Preorder & Made-to-Order Items
Some pieces are worth the wait. Preorder items ship once they're in stock, and the product page will show the expected availability date.

- We can hold orders at our warehouse if you're not ready to receive yet; just let us know at checkout or right after ordering
- Once an order ships, we can't hold it for free. Carrier storage and redelivery fees may apply if there are delays on your end.

Basic Doorstep Delivery

In-Room & Assembly Delivery
This is the good stuff. Our team reaches out to schedule a delivery window that works for you. Deliveries happen Monday through Friday. You'll know when to expect the truck, so no all-day waiting games.

Building Access & Restrictions
What to Tell Us:
- Elevator access: Does your building have one? Is there a service elevator?
- Walk-ups: How many floors, and are there tight turns?
- COI requirements: Some buildings need a Certificate of Insurance from delivery companies
- Time restrictions: Does your building only allow deliveries during certain hours?

We deliver to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, but some areas fall outside our standard service zone.
If you're in a remote location:
