Love her love her
"This wasn't an impulse buy. I gave it thought for about a good month or two. Never having made a furniture purchase just based on a handful of reviews and looking at online verses in store. Again I love her, the quality and the look are magnificent. After receiving them I knew I made the best decision ordering the gray sofa and love seat. However I did pay extra for the white glove set up really not worth it. In my opinion save yourself the money for set up and screw those legs yourself. I am now a Tov fan and am purchasing my dining room table. Thanks Tov"

Couldn't Be Happier
"I can't not say enough good things about TOV. I am a new customer. I find the furnishings to be anything but boring. They are creative, elegant, and beautiful. Then there is the customer service. I have never experienced better customer service. And these days that's saying a lot. TOV's care for their customers is exemplary. If you call, you actually talk to a person who is professional, friendly, and very competent. The delivery was relatively fast, due to customer service's follow through and focus on details. I am in love with my new sofa! It looks even better in person. I've told friends about TOV who soon will be loyal customers, as well. I couldn't be happier!"
